Nothing makes you feel more like an immigrant than appearing in an Irish magazine and paper in the US. I was recently interviewed by the wonderful Sabina Clarke for the Irish Edition paper where I talked about where I grew up and my love for everything Federico Garcia Lorca, and the huge influence the writer had on myself as a young man.
You can read this here in the Irish Edition.
I will also have new poetry coming out in an anthology on Climate Change called Open your Eyes: poetry & prose, edited by the amazing Vinita Agrawal (who was the judge in my winning poetry collection) and published by Hawakal. It will be released on Sept 10, 2020 and it is jam packed with brilliant poets. Just look at this gorgeous cover.
I have been slow in the poetry world as of late as I take a break to concentrate on writing and reading fiction as I attempt a novel. Stay tuned.
